Since it's definitely a large hospital, the facilities and friendliness were overwhelmingly good. They even sent a coupon to my phone telling me to have a welcome drink at the lobby cafe before my appointment time. But because there are so many people, the wait is long, and I only meant to try 300 shots, but the consultant talked me into it, so I paid for 600 shots. When I went in to get the procedure, staff who seemed like trainees were standing in a straight line in the hallway, and the person applying numbing cream to my face may have been new too, because another staff member was watching from the side. I don't know which doctor performed the procedure, but they did it comfortably with no pain at all, and maybe because they said I would need about 3 sessions to see an effect, I honestly can't really tell any effect..
