About 3 years ago, I had surgery for rhinitis and cosmetic rhinoplasty. My rhinitis was very, very, very severe, and I had a nasal bridge, but I had a slight hump so I had surgery for rhinitis + hump nose correction + nasal tip lifting. Because I have a long face shape, I wanted a short, glamorous nose, and although it wasn't exactly what I wanted, the result is still pretty, and I've been doing well without any particular side effects so far. But after surgery, my rhinitis seemed to get better for a few months, then it got even worse than before surgery, so now I use a whole pack of wet wipes a day blowing my nose
