I had a lot of concerns until I visited the hospital, but once I actually had the consultation, all my worries disappeared. Both the consultation manager and the director treated me in a calm and warm atmosphere, so I felt less nervous. They listened carefully to the style I wanted and honestly explained what was realistically possible and what would be difficult, so I felt I could trust them!!!
