First of all, the director was very kind. I went after seeing reviews saying he looked busy, but maybe when I went it was a quieter time, because he told me to ask everything I was curious about and answered all my questions at length and in detail. Also, he didn’t excessively recommend all three procedures and said he would do things according to what the patient wanted, so it felt like he valued the patient’s opinion and decision. The consultation manager was kind too, but it felt a bit uncomfortable because she seemed to emphasize writing a review quite a lot. The cost was also a bit iffy because they first quoted a high price and set the discount rate so that only if I wrote a review would the cost become similar to other hospitals. Still, overall I was satisfied with the consultation.
