Director Park is really calm and explains things in a gentle, detailed way, so he feels professional and easy to ask questions to, and it seems like he mainly does revision surgery. He seems like someone who will really take care of things with personal attention. The managers are very kind. The disappointing part is that the waiting area is too small, so there are not enough seats.
