Director Park Il was really calm and explained things gently and clearly, so it felt comfortable to ask questions, and he seemed professional. It seems like he mainly does revision surgeries. It feels like he would personally pay attention and do a good job, and the managers were very kind. The disappointing point is that the waiting area is small, so there aren’t enough seats.
