This place is truly the worst I went for a nose surgery consultation. First of all, the manager and the staff were all unfriendly and rude. There were many reviews saying the director was kind and meticulous, but when I actually met them, yes, they were nice, but I was not as satisfied as the reviews said. The manager really dragged the image down too much. The price was also about 2.5 million won elsewhere, but here they quoted over 5 million won. They pressure you to make a reservation (do not ever book for the same day). I did not know anything and made a same-day reservation, even got a blood test done. They drew the blood badly, so the bruise from it still has not gone away after more than 2 weeks. And they say they will not refund the 100,000 won blood test fee lol. It is annoying and a hassle to demand that 100,000 won back, but the hospital's attitude is really awful, so I am angry. How do I attach this bruise photo and receipt photo? It only lets me attach before-and-after photos, and maybe because I am using an iPhone, even when I press 'Select file,' the gallery does not open and only documents appear;; Anyway, before going for the consultation, I really went there planning to have surgery there, but I am upset and disappointed too. Everyone, choose carefully and make sure to get a consultation.
