First of all, both the consultation manager and the doctor listen well when asking about requirements or questions during the consultation,
and they answer well even to silly questions that come from ignorance, without making you feel dismissed.
I like that they do not pressure you or make you feel burdened.
However, this is not about whether it is good or bad, but it feels like even the doctor treats you comfortably.
Being treated casually and being treated comfortably are different.
Anyway, compared with other hospitals I visited, it was good because I could feel less burdened during both the consultation and the procedure, and they explained my questions well.
