There are absolutely no nerve issues and no side effects, everything is fine, but when I look at my face from the front, the right jaw is 0.7 cm longer downward. From 4 months after the surgery, the left-right symmetry was off. And because my face now is different from before, the skin sagging looks a bit different.
I’m thinking about whether to add an implant or have revision surgery. It doesn’t show very much even if I don’t do anything, so it’s not really a serious concern.
