I had rhinoplasty together with surgery for a deviated septum. I was told that I could easily have rhinoplasty using septal cartilage harvested during the deviated septum surgery, so I decided to do them together. It has now been about 4 weeks.... The nasal tip is so hard that it is really quite uncomfortable. And as the nasal tip became higher, my nose also seems to look slightly more upturned.. It wasn’t as if I was very dissatisfied with the shape of my nose before surgery, but I feel so, so sorry for myself for not making the decision carefully, and I’m really realizing and reflecting on my own shortcomings.. So I want to have removal surgery... I want to quickly have the surgery done well at a good hospital.
