The consultation manager was really, really great. They were so kind, explained everything in detail, did not pressure me to pay a deposit, and answered all the many questions I brought…! But the director was very unfriendly and intimidating, though I could still feel his experience in facial contouring. The other staff members were kind, but the staff member who took the CT scan was so unfriendly that it put me in a bad mood.
