The doctor explained things in great detail and did a good job explaining the surgery. The manager was also kind and explained everything calmly, but the inside of the clinic wasn’t clean and the staff were somewhat unfriendly There was an extra charge if I wanted to view the CCTV footage, and even before booking they were hard to reach. After the consultation, it was also very difficult to contact the manager.
