There wasn’t an overly kind or unfriendly feeling; to me, it was just the right amount, so it was nice to receive a straightforward consultation. Maybe because it’s a hospital specializing in noses, among the places where I had consultations, I think their nose-related systems were the best. Also, here, of course the director was good, but the consultant too... how should I put it, it felt like they didn’t just know the general flow? Not just surface-level knowledge. It felt like they had a certain level of knowledge about rhinoplasty and explained things based on that, which I liked.
