The surgical shape turned out well. I have been struggling because I have no sensation in my lips. I guess there is no surgery that is completely free of side effects. Even now, 6 years later, I live with my lips feeling as if numbing cream has been applied. The hospital said their own cousin was like this too and that sensation would come back, but that sensation never returned. So there is no way for me to drink well with a straw. It spills easily.. The problem is.. facial skin sagging. Cheekbones and jaw, sagging comes 100%. My friend and my younger sibling are the same. Sagging came. This is hard to reverse with lasers or anything else, and it makes you look like an older person and a bit aged. Even if you think, I had contouring and my skin is still young so it will be okay, it does come. I think it would be good to do it after preparing yourself mentally.
