Two years ago, I had nasal tip surgery with autologous dermis + ear cartilage. It looked so natural from the beginning that it was barely noticeable. So I was a little dissatisfied, but well... I decided to just think of it as natural-looking surgery without side effects and live with it.
But afterward, while reading rhinoplasty reviews, I saw posts saying that when surgery is done with autologous dermis, the nose mostly spreads out. Now, two years later, I also seem to have slight spreading of the nose, and somehow the nasal tip does not seem to stay sharply defined.
I went back to the hospital where I had surgery, but they said the shape is the same and pretty... Still, I keep thinking about revision surgery. Sigh, so much to think about
