I agonized over it and agonized over it, then had cartilage fixation on the nose tip, but it isn't the nose I had imagined. The tip feels bulkier than before it was done.. So I'm thinking of undoing it again.. Honestly, I think just doing nose surgery would have been better. I also planned to do alar reduction, but I think it was good I didn't.
