The effect lasted 2 weeks and then everything settled back down I did have it done at a factory-style clinic... but the foreign-body sensation when smiling was so severe, and for the money the effect didn’t last long either... I think surgery like cartilage binding would have been better I don’t recommend Misko or Hiko
