I got a consultation with the chief director. First of all, other places said I had facial flaws and that I needed surgery, but the director started by praising me and saying, “You have pretty eyes,” which I liked. Also, it was surprising that he checked not only my eyes but also overall facial asymmetry and even my dental bite. He told me about incisional and non-incisional methods, and among them he recommended incision more... but I wanted non-incisional more, so I’m deliberating. The director later mentioned fat grafting to the chin and then jaw surgery, which surprised me, but he said to think about all of that later and choose whatever procedure or surgery fits the facial balance, which seemed like a valid point.
