You can go just based on the director's skills.. At least I think the skills are top class, but since the doctor is older, it seems like you need to go in with your own design already decided. Then I expect the surgery will be done well to match that. And I felt this was not a hospital that messes around with patients, so I don't think you need to worry about a ghost surgeon or a shadow doctor. The surgery is done under local anesthesia, and they keep talking the whole time. They explain how the design will be and what is happening now, and even while my eyes were closed, I could clearly feel how outstanding their hands were. I personally value naturalness to the extreme, so I said not to shave down the hump nose and to put in an implant or dermis, but they didn't put anything in.. didn't do filler either.. haha Sometimes I wondered if it would have been prettier with something added, but I'm satisfied even now. It looks completely natural, and even if I go to another plastic surgery clinic, nobody would know. On top of that, the head of another clinic said my nose was pretty, which was nice It improved naturally If you want a natural improvement, highly recommended..
