The director was indifferent. They seemed too busy and not very attentive. They did point out the problems quickly though. They seemed to have strong pride. Looking at the before-and-after photos, the results were indeed pretty. But they seemed to want to end the consultation quickly, so it felt a little awkward to keep asking questions lolll The consultation manager was neither rude nor overly friendly. It was fine. From word of mouth and the before-and-after photos, it seems like a good clinic, but both the director and the consultation manager are on the cynical side, so I think I would worry about what would happen if something went wrong after surgery. If they are like this before surgery, what about after surgery.. that kind of worry? I wish the director would pay a little more attention to each person and communicate better. It is a private clinic, but the consultation is shorter than at large hospitals, which is disappointing T_T The feeling is very strong that, since they still have many patients even like this, there is no reason for them to feel any regret.
