The consultation itself was friendly and there wasn’t any wait, maybe because it wasn’t peak time yet or maybe because it was summer, so I went in right away. But they only drew one line, and when I asked which line would suit my eyes, they replied, ‘an appropriate line,’ which caught me off guard, and then suddenly started talking about eye fat, which surprised me again.. It was my first clinic, so I wasn’t thinking clearly and even put down a deposit, but when I called to get a refund, they said they would pass it on to the manager and then never called back. When I called again in the evening, they said the manager had left early earlier that day,,, and even the call they promised to make the next morning never came, so I called again myself,,, I don’t think I’ll really do it here
