In common, I was recommended bulbous nose correction, alar reduction, and nasal bridge plus nasal tip, but it differs by hospital. The first hospital says they do alar reduction internally so the scar won’t show, and they use donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip. The second hospital says they do alar reduction externally, but a scar may remain, and they would operate on the nasal tip using my own autologous cartilage I’m really torn. They say alar reduction shows a dramatic effect when done externally, but did those of you who had it done internally not see an effect
