Everything felt generally decent, and what I wanted matched what the doctor was pursuing, so I had the nose tip done. I had it done with ear cartilage, and since not much time has passed yet I cannot say anything about sagging, but the shape itself came out exactly as I expected, so I am very satisfied. I wanted only ear cartilage and not septal cartilage, and the doctor said he would do it that way too, so I chose him because he is a doctor who has done many nose tip surgeries using ear cartilage alone without septal cartilage. For now, I am extremely satisfied with the surgical result.
