I went for a consultation because I wanted surgery focused only on no implant, alar base reduction, nasal tip, and columella, and the director gave a really realistic consultation. They clearly told me what wasn’t possible, and they also used Photoshop from time to time while explaining why, in my case, I shouldn’t get alar base reduction, so it was easy to understand. (At another clinic, they were like, “Let’s do alar base reduction too~,” so I thought it would be okay for me to do it, but after hearing the director’s explanation, I realized that if I did it, it would actually be a case that could turn out badly..) Neither the director nor the consultation manager pushed surgery at all. The director said I have slight nostril asymmetry and recommended doing only one side, but that was only a recommendation and absolutely not pressure, and they also said the effect probably wouldn’t be very noticeable. They only said what was truly necessary and were honest.. But the director recommended MegaDerm as the surgical material, so since I want to use autologous cartilage, I don’t think I’ll have surgery there.. Also, the consultation fee was 10,000 won, and the consultation time was short, so that was a bit disappointing, but I recommend everyone get at least one consultation there when going around for nose surgery consultations. They really speak honestly. A clinic that speaks honestly is much better than a director who says everything is possible.
