I went for a consultation because I wanted surgery focused only on no implant, alar base reduction, nasal tip, and columella, and the director gave a really realistic consultation. They clearly told me what wasn’t possible, and they also used Photoshop from time to time while explaining why, in my case, I shouldn’t get alar base reduction, so it was easy to understand. (At another clinic, they were like, “Let’s do alar base reduction too~,” so I thought it would be okay for me to do it, but after hearing the director’s explanation, I realized that if I did it, it would actually be a case that could turn out badly..)
