I consulted because I have a bulbous nose with osteotomy and a dorsal hump, and I was worried that the silicone and tip were showing too much. I showed old photos and said that because my nose is bulbous, I don't want everything removed; I just want the silicone removed and, if possible, to keep the tip. They said that would be possible in any amount, and that the dorsal hump wasn't very severe in the past, so even if the silicone is removed it wouldn't spread much, and that all that needs to be done to the tip is to lower the support height, which gave me hope. But when I asked about the shape after revision surgery, they gave me a vague answer that it would become a bit fuller than it is now, so I'm a little confused
