(Review after a revision consult) I went in thinking that if only the silicone implant was removed and the bridge height of the tip-supported septum was adjusted, that would be enough, but I was told that my current nose does not suit my face as well as I expected, so if I wanted revision surgery for cosmetic reasons, I would need things like donor costal cartilage, ear cartilage, autologous dermis, and alar reduction, including procedures that other clinics had not recommended, which caught me off guard. When I showed the doctor my nose before surgery, he was confident and said he would have done even better himself, which made me trust him more. But maybe because he was tired after a long surgery before the consultation, the consultation was shorter than at other clinics, which was disappointing. Also, despite his confident tone, he did not give the detailed consultation I wanted; it felt more like he wanted me to trust him and follow his lead. There were many people, so the wait was longer than at other clinics, a little over an hour, but the consultation was short in comparison, which was very disappointing. The consultant also asked very directly whether I would have surgery at this clinic, and said that if I booked today the price would be around this amount, but next time they could not do it for that price and it would be more expensive, lol, which felt like subtle pressure to book on the spot and made me a bit uncomfortable. The revision cost is around 7 million won even without complications, so I am still thinking about it.
