I asked a lot of questions, and I was grateful that they answered each one realistically. I also had an unusual case, and I liked that they found similar cases to explain things to me. The surgery result was open, but despite that, there was really no visible columella scar, and they kept all the requirements I mentioned. However, because it was a removal surgery, there are some lingering regrets about the shape of my nose.
