iQueen Plastic Surgery in-person consultation review
There are not many nose consultation reviews in Gwangju, so I am posting this as a reference.
Consultation fee: 10,000 won
1. When you first arrive, you fill out a nursing intake form with a nurse. (What surgery or procedure you had, how you came here, what supplements you take, etc.)
2. After filling out the intake form, they take photos from multiple angles with a camera. (When I went to [Clinic A] and [Clinic B] before, they did not take photos, so I liked that they did here)
3. Then you have a consultation with the director.
My nose has a low bridge, a hump, a slightly drooping tip, and it is a long nose.
They asked whether I had a nose shape I wanted, so I said I wanted a glamorous nose and showed a nose photo -> The director said I could never become a nose like that, and that even if they forced the nose to be higher, there was a high chance of side effects. They said it would be hard to raise the bridge because my nose lacks enough structural bulk. They said people with low, small noses have limits to how much height can be achieved.
What I liked: They printed out a photo of my nose, drew on it, and explained the surgical direction kindly and in a way that was easy for me to understand. They answered my many questions one by one in detail, showed before-and-after photos of people with noses similar to mine to explain how they would operate, and even used a cotton swab to show roughly how much height I could expect.
So the surgical plan was: hump removal, silicone bridge, tip surgery (using the septum)
This is a private clinic, so the director performs the surgery alone, and the consultation manager was also kind, so if I end up having surgery in Gwangju, I am thinking I might do it here.
That said, the price came out to about 3.7 million won, which was much higher than I expected, and they said there were no events or discounts.
