When I was doing my own research, he was my top pick, but after going for a consultation, I changed my mind. He answers every question, but he didn’t feel very smart. Rather than precisely diagnosing the patient’s condition, it felt like he was explaining every possible problem that could arise during surgery, and in the end it came down to needing to open it up and see... But the risk was too high for that, so I ruled him out. The consultation manager also felt like listening to the terms and conditions from a bank or insurance company. It felt like the clinic valued the hospital’s peace of mind (?) more than the patient’s condition, and since the doctor had that approach, the staff seemed to be the same. The communication didn’t feel smart, so I got surgery elsewhere.
