I'll include my first consultation experience as well.
First, during the initial consultation, the director pointed out very briefly and clearly exactly what needed improvement, and it was similar to the hospital I had consulted before, but with a few extra points added. He also answered the questions I asked professionally, but his tone and overall feel were not especially kind. Later, in the conversation with the manager, I felt a slightly sales-driven vibe, but we communicated well and ended the first consultation on a good note.
Right before the surgery, in the meeting with the director, there was no consultation at all about the design, which I had assumed would naturally happen, and he seemed strongly to be urging me to just proceed with the surgery quickly. But I felt that I absolutely needed to discuss the design, so the day before the surgery I showed him nose photos of celebrities saved on my phone and asked him to make it like that, and the surgery went well.
It was a little disappointing that there was no design consultation before surgery, but I liked how confidently he spoke about the surgery and how sufficiently and sincerely he answered all the various questions I asked before and after surgery.
