Perhaps because there were so many people consulting, the consultation started a little later than the scheduled time, which was disappointing. Although I hadn't specified a particular doctor when making the appointment, they looked at my current condition and arranged the consultation with the doctor most suitable for the surgery I wanted, which was good. Even when I asked many questions during the consultation, they answered each one kindly and in detail, so it was a satisfying time. There was no pressure or suggestion at all to add extra surgical areas or to rush into booking. They only provided information and estimates related to the necessary surgery, so it didn't feel burdensome. Please note that they will start charging a small consultation fee from May.
