I was torn between Director Lee and Director Kim, and in the end I got a consultation with Director Kim.
My nose had a rounded tip, a bulbous nose, a bridge, and fairly wide nasal bones, but I didn't have a big desire for plastic surgery overall; I only wanted the tip to become slimmer, so I went in for a consultation thinking only about tip surgery.
The doctor in charge looked at my nose and said that combining tip surgery with osteotomy would be more effective.
When I asked, 'Would doing only the tip have little effect?' he said yes.
After the consultation with the doctor ended, I started to feel a sales-driven tone from the conversation with the manager.
They emphasized that surgery could only be done at the price shown if I made a provisional reservation, and when showing the quoted cost,
they showed me the price without osteotomy.
Even though the doctor had clearly recommended osteotomy, I naturally thought the price would include it,
but they first showed the price without osteotomy, and only when I asked how much it would be with osteotomy
did I hear the cost including osteotomy.
The cost was also a little more expensive than I had expected, but I think it's acceptable.
