I consulted with Dr. ㅇㄱㅁ, and he was kind. The consultation manager doesn't try to push extra procedures like at other places. I went in for a consultation about nose surgery for a bulbous nose, and the director said they would use septal cartilage plus ear cartilage. For nostril reduction, they said to lift it first and then see. For the mild hump, they said not to shave it down, but to adjust it upward with silicone, and because the bridge was wide, they would do a slight osteotomy.
