Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

D.end Review

I had surgery here after doing a lot of legwork, because I had surgery with Gore-Tex 10 years ago and then developed a drooping nasal tip, thinning nasal skin, and a high nasal bridge. It was 3 to 4 years later, so I don't remember the exact cost. Because my skin was so thin, they used autologous dermis from the upper buttock cleft, dermis behind the ear, and ear cartilage. Maybe because the implant was removed, my headaches went away and I feel so much more comfortable. I trusted the director's skill and went ahead. What was a little embarrassing, though, was that the operating room door was opaque, but the upper part was transparent. When they were harvesting autologous dermis from my buttock, someone passed by the door, and since it was a tall man, it felt like if I just turned my head I might be seen. Fortunately he just walked past, but it was pretty awkward. Anyway, I was under twilight sedation, and they shaped it into a natural-looking nose very well (they said it was a difficult nose case because of severe facial asymmetry and thin skin, etc.). I don't regret the surgery. I'm grateful that I can live with a normal-looking nose like this.
