I think they looked at both glamorous and natural styles well. I did get the feeling they pursued a slightly more glamorous style than I expected, but even so, I don't think it felt too artificial or awkward. Both the director and the consultant were kind, and they explained things in detail. The director does speak a little fast, but not to the point that I couldn't understand. The hospital is also clean and seems fine.
