I think they were good at considering both a glamorous and natural look. I did feel like they pursued a slightly more glamorous look than I expected, but it didn’t seem too artificial or awkward. Both the director and the consultant were kind, and they explained things in detail. The director does speak a little fast, but not to the point where I couldn’t understand. The hospital is clean too, and seems fine.
