Before-before-before-after-after-after-after 4 years ago, I had my first nose surgery, and because I wasn’t satisfied with the line, I ended up having revision surgery at a clinic. The height was okay, but when I lifted my head, the crookedness of my nose was so visible, and the nasal tip kept feeling like it was drooping Thankfully, when I had the consultation, they said that improving the crooked nose and raising just the nasal tip slightly would probably give me high satisfaction. My goal was also to improve it naturally, not suddenly end up with a random nose that didn’t suit my original nose. Since it was a revision, autologous costal cartilage was recommended too, but I just used ear cartilage only!
This was my first consultation, and after that I went to all the other hospitals too, but instead of the first hospital fading from memory, I strongly kept thinking, “Wait, the very first place I went to was the best?” So I decided to have surgery there. I wanted to do it as soon as possible, and luckily there was a date that worked, so I think I had surgery right away, about 3 days after the consultation. If I had done it later, since it was a revision surgery, I think I would have had a lot more unnecessary thoughts. I’m glad I just got it done quickly. Honestly, I might think this way because the surgery went well lol I consider this part fortunate. The drooping nasal tip is gone, and the fact that my nostrils, which had been shifted to one side, improved is what I like the most.. Honestly, unless my nose shape changes in some special way, I don’t think there will ever be a third surgery;
To summarize, I had revision surgery on the nasal bridge + nasal tip (the bridge only slightly), using ear cartilage and silicone, and also had crooked nose correction and nasolabial angle correction. It’s now almost 4 months, and all the reasons I decided to get revision rhinoplasty have been improved satisfactorily.
