I went for a first-surgery consultation for a small, low nose, and all the staff and the consultation manager were kind. The director also gave a professional and detailed consultation. Because I’m someone whose nose is almost nonexistent, other hospitals had recommended costal cartilage, but here they said there was no need to go that far, since my nose isn’t an unattractive big nose, and that ear cartilage would be enough to make it look refined. So I was going to do it here (costal cartilage felt burdensome from the first surgery), but I put it on hold to think about it a bit more.
