Before before before after after after What was different from other hospitals was, ✔️The rib cartilage harvest site is above the chest, along the bra line ✔ I considered that Dr. DL graduated from Seoul National University and had extensive surgical experience and technique at a large hospital in Gangnam ✔ I liked the hospital’s interior and condition, ✔ I chose it after looking at the fact that it was a hospital with no accidents and the director’s experience.
Also, the director accurately explained my anatomical issues through CT images, and while looking at the nose photos I wanted, said that the desired shape could not be achieved unless rib cartilage was used.
What I liked most
✔ The gentle voice of the anesthesiologist on the day of surgery. ✔ The warm condition of the recovery room after anesthesia. (This is really important after anesthesia) ✔ I liked that they didn’t wake me up harshly.
Thoughts I gained through surgery with the director
✔ If you want a natural, ordinary-person image? → Nose filler or a procedure may be better. ✔ If you want a glamorous look while also having facial harmony and full proportions? → Surgery with the director may be suitable.
Before, when I wore a hat, my facial flesh seemed to spill out beyond the line of the brim, but now even when I wear the same hat, it feels like my face shape sits stably within the brim.
The surgery was done so well that I had almost no bruising after nose surgery, and instead I bruised because of a skin Rejuran treatment.
It is the neatest scar among the surgical scars on my body.
Changes in nose shape
✔ I think the surgery was done according to the photo style I showed. ✔ Through 3 surgical experiences, I realized that the nasal tip must be well-defined. ✔ I think it would be pretty even if the starting point of the nasal bridge is low.
Originally, my columella was narrow, but now it is twice as wide. (This was the most fascinating part!)
There is still a horizontal incision scar on the columella, but I’m going to keep watching it. For reference, if you look at the representative model nose photos, you can roughly understand the director’s surgical style
