Before<Before>After<After>After<After>When the hump is severe toward the front of the nose, it looks just like Gargamel, right? Like a witch nose? I guess you could call it a Western-style nose. Since I had that kind of nose, I think I worried a lot about how to improve it into a smooth straight-with-slight-curve style. I knew from the start that a nose that is completely pretty, elegantly defined, and suits everyone is basically a fantasy, so I looked for a clinic that would change the overall nasal line to suit my face.
Because I had a very clear nose design in mind, at places that do custom implants, I received a lot of recommendations for custom implants. The biggest concern was probably the part about using rib cartilage, but they suggested that autologous costal cartilage would be better, focusing on materials with lower inflammation risk / support for the nasal tip, so I ended up using autologous costal cartilage. They said it would turn out as a line between natural and elegantly defined, and maybe because they did not overwork it, the swelling in the early stage does not seem that severe..
This review is a surgical review pursuing an elegantly defined look.
