I originally had a bulbous nose, and after only thinking about it for ages, I finally had rhinoplasty. The photo was taken right after the splint was removed~ Now it has been about 2 weeks since surgery, so a lot of the swelling has gone down, but somehow it also feels like there isn’t a big difference from before..^^; I used septal cartilage + ear cartilage for the nasal tip.
