The hospital was clean and nice when I went for a consultation. After several consultations, the director acted like I should decide whether to have the surgery or not. But according to people around me who had surgery there, the aftercare is good. They say the director doesn't ignore you and does what should be done. It's not a glamorous or very high nose shape. It seems to go well with natural looks and very challenging or difficult noses. But I also saw a man who had a really nice result on the first try... A few months ago there was a huge wave of popularity for The Plus, but now I'm not sure. A lot of people seem to go for consultations, though. But the ear cartilage harvesting is done by another doctor. It's not the facial contouring director at KTK. They say a doctor with a medical license does it. I'm just writing the facts. That's what the manager said.
