The waiting time was quite long, and aside from that I’m satisfied. If I ask about something I’m curious about, they explain everything kindly. They take photos and edit them like a virtual surgery simulation, then compare the before-and-after photos... They pointed out a part that other clinics hadn’t mentioned? Something I had also overlooked, and that made me trust them. To be honest, it wasn’t a part that bothered me much, but if I do get surgery, it would be nice to fix it at the same time. However, since this would be my first surgery, the estimate came out too high... They don’t push reservations, and they also check possible surgery dates, so overall I’m satisfied, but the price is a bit of a concern
