The director isn't extremely warm, but he listens to every question and answers sincerely. (He has a distinctive way of speaking, and it's oddly addictive.) What I trusted was that he honestly said what couldn't be done, and only explained what was possible. The cost is also reasonable compared with the clinics I've looked into so far. The consultation fee is 10,000 won.
