The doctor was very stubborn and kept repeating that if the style doesn’t match what they personally describe, then after surgery you have to be prepared to stay satisfied with the result. Personally, I had been struggling because of side effects from my back canthoplasty, so I studied revision methods a lot. This doctor’s method isn’t very different from other clinics’, but when I said I wanted the visible red tissue improved without making my eyes much smaller, they kept saying that would be contrary to the method and that I should expect to look 답답해보일, as if they had already decided on the answer. But that’s exactly where the difference in clinic skill lies: being able to revise it without making the eyes look cramped. They spoke as if that idea were wrong.
And what was really absurd was that I lost something there. The clinic also told me they had checked it on CCTV, but the item I clearly brought into the clinic before entering had vanished completely inside the clinic. It wasn’t in the consultation room, the director’s room, or the photo room, and they kept saying it never left the clinic and that it was the last consultation slot, yet they just kept saying it was strange. They really need employee training. It wasn’t an expensive item, but I still kept wondering who would take something used by someone else. It left me feeling disgusting.
