Director first, manager second. I really liked that structure. It was not cumbersome and was simple and clear. It was a nose consultation, and Director Lee Yejin explained it while drawing the nose shape on my face with no change in expression, almost like solving a math formula, in a very professional briefing style. She said they would perform osteotomy, raise the nose tip with ear cartilage, and because my skin is thick, they would need to remove fat and fibrous tissue within the skin layer to make the nose look slim. It felt like attending a class, but the director's professionalism came through clearly, which I liked. After the consultation with the director, the manager explained the process, such as about 3 hours of surgery under sleep anesthesia and the dates to come to the hospital, showed detailed before-and-after photos of nose surgery, and said the price was in the high 5 million won range. I was worried about whether ear cartilage alone would hold up well for 100 years, so I keep hesitating;
