Before<Before>After<After>I had wanted nose surgery for a long time, and because I had gained weight rapidly and put on a lot of fat in my face, I got facial liposuction while getting my nose done. For my nose, I had silicone, ear cartilage, donated costal cartilage, nasal extension, osteotomy, bulbous nose correction, nostril reduction, and removal of nasal filler. For facial liposuction, I mainly had fat removed from the double chin, jawline, and cheeks. The nasal filler was from a Hiko procedure I got 7 years ago, and they said it was still there. They said Hiko creates fibrous tissue?? as it dissolves, so it has to be removed. I had it removed during surgery, and seeing this, I don’t think there’s any nasal filler that completely dissolves and disappears. I’m going to stop all my friends around me who say they’re getting nasal filler. Also, I didn’t have a hump or anything, but the director said the nose would turn out prettier with osteotomy, so I had osteotomy done. I think it was good that I listened to the director; the swelling still hasn’t fully gone down, but I really like my nose haha. At first, I was worried that doing nose surgery and facial liposuction together might be too much, but it was okay for me haha.
