I had my columella supported and the nasal tip lifted using ear cartilage and septal cartilage. The foreign-body sensation is really severe, and the columellar strut feels so unstable, so I consulted with the manager and asked for removal surgery, but they just keep telling me to wait. What should I do... I really have no idea. I want to have all the cartilage taken out again and go back to my original nose.
