Review of implant-free nose surgery (hump nose)

Hello, I had nasal dorsum osteotomy, had a slight hump shaved down, and raised the nasal tip with ear cartilage + septal cartilage. I’m relieved it went well without side effects, but,, aesthetically I’m not very satisfied,,,, so I’m eventually planning to have it removed.. For the nose, it’s the center of the face,, so I think you really need to first improve whatever is stressing you out the most. My nose was originally on the high and large side.. I don’t know if it’s because of that, but I was debating whether or not to do the nasal tip, and I wish I hadn’t. Actually, the part I was most concerned about surgically was the hump, so I wonder if I should have only improved the hump,, Like this, think very carefully about what you want,, and clinic-hopping is really hard, but I still think it’s good to visit at least 4 places or more For those considering nose surgery, if you don’t get nose surgery, you’ll keep living while worrying about it anyway, I think I would have been the same. So I’m not regretting it. The removal will go well too, right.....?
